The Club Residence Art View House has become a winner of a prestigious residential property award Urban Awards for the second time. The professional jury selected Art View House in the "Best Residential High-End Construction Project in St. Petersburg" nomination. There were 4 levels of competition where 15 independent experts – professionals of the real estate market have taken part. CEOs of big developing companies, real estate consultants, famous architects, leading journalists and officials have participated in voting. Projects were estimated on the following positions: location, construction materials, an architectural concept, design (height of ceilings, apartments’ area), technical solutions, parking (including underground), security, the territory of the house (inner courtyard), infrastructure of the house and district and also cost for sq.m. have been taken into consideration (price/quality ratio). Special focus was on such parameters as financial guarantees of implementation of the project, its business plan and dynamics of construction. This award has become the second for Art View House. Last year the club house became the winner in the “Innovation of Year” nomination.
