Christopher Jason Ash – a founder of the British design studio Project Orange has approved a range of materials for a central lobby in Art View House
Christopher has held several working meetings on design of common areas and entrance halls of the luxury residential development and also met editors and journalists of the leading Russian architectural publishers.
The British company Project Orange is a London based interior design and architecture studio with international prestigious awards for various projects in the sphere of design and architecture.
Christopher Jason Ash has implemented scores of interior design projects for private apartments and houses as well as 5-star hotels in Great Britain, Ireland, Sri Lanka, India and Russia.
The lobby and hallways of the luxury Club Residence Art View House designed by Project Orange are splendor and elegant. The combination of black and white colors, gold, brass and marble reflects stylistics of the best aristocratic houses.
Fireplace and sitting area give a grateful sense of quiet and seclusion. Only natural materials are used in interior finishing - marble, granite, rich woods as well as premium wall-paper and paints. Furniture of the best world brands – Oficina Inglesa, Decorus Furniture, Andrew Martin, OKA, Open Plan Living, BD Barcelona, Baker Furniture organically tops up the interiors.
This place has to be splendor, elegant, magnificent and correspond to the status of the luxury residential development. Therefore design of halls in Art View House has been entrusted to Project Orange – London based interior design and architecture studio.
The entrance lobby is the central spot of the house where the residents of the development walk at least twice a day.
The Murano glass chandelier, brass lamps, the fireplace, doors and other accessories are custom designed. The cost of interior design finishing is about 300 000 rubles per sq.m.
The area of the lobby in Art View House is 125 sq.m. Besides, the space is organized in such a way that the residents of the apartments do not intercross with service staff and domestic personnel.
